This collection is divided into three series: Series I – Office Files, Series II – Photographs, and Series III – Digital Files.

Series I – Office Files contains the bulk of the collection. These items consist of annual reports, strategic planning documents, advertising and other publicity materials, board of directors meeting minutes, grant applications and reports, maps, housing surveys, and press releases

Series II – Photographs contains the bulk of photographs from this collection, though a small number are embedded within Series I. The majority of the photographs date from 1983 to 1992 and document community events (e.g. Loganfest, Widener Day, 35th Police District Open Houses), clean-ups, public transit, and the general neighborhood.

Series III – Digital Files is currently unprocessed. It contains hundreds of floppy disks, much of which is suspected to duplicate what is currently available in Series I – Office Files.
